GREENHILL LODGE
Greenhill Lodge offers guests a great deal of space in which to relax and enjoy the tranquility of the countryside in the heart of Hawke’s Bay. You enter the homestead into a large entrance hall with exquisite hand painted lead lights and graced with wooden panels and elegant carved archways. To the right is the drawing room which has a large log fire to ensure warmth in the winter months, here guests may relax and enjoy the outlook into the garden.
Adjacent to the drawing room you will find the main dining room, a room of grand proportions with a great deal of charm. The distance from floor to ceiling in these rooms is considerable at fourteen feet. To the left of the entrance hall is the guest wing of the house, which contains the two suites and two rooms which are of course luxuriously appointed each with its own ensuite. Guest accommodation spills out onto a deep north facing veranda and then on to the park like gardens. Terrace seating enables guests to enjoy an outdoor breakfast or lap up the Hawke’s Bay sunshine with a glass of wine.
